Error of Certain Gauss Quadrature Formulas

Using the theory of analytic functions, errors of certain Gauss-type quadrature formulas are expressed in terms of Chebyshev—Fourier coefficients of the integrand. Results of Chawla (1970) are also derived by the same method.
